What you will do

• Own month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting across multiple entities.
• Maintain general ledger entries, bank reconciliations, and generate financial statements (Balance Sheets, P&Ls).
• Track project-level expenses for real estate developments, ensuring each property maintains its own P&L.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with external partners like Baker Tilly for tax filings and cost segregation.
• Support the VP of Asset Management and Fractional CFO with high-precision data preparation.

Requirements

• Strong, hands-on NetSuite experience (daily usage, imports, and reconciliations).
• Advanced Excel skills for handling large datasets and financial reconciliations.
• Proven experience in maintaining general ledgers and preparing financial statements.
• Ability to operate independently and solve problems with minimal supervision.
• Availability to work during U.S. Business Hours.

Nice to have

• Experience with AppFolio (investor and property management).
• Proficiency with ClickUp and Gmail for workflow organization.
