• Conduct regular 1-1s, unblock engineers, and facilitate quick feature releases.
• Handle hiring pipeline and conduct technical interviews.
• Perform code reviews to ensure reliable deployments.

Requirements

• 1+ years as engineering manager at a startup in a remote team environment.
• Experience in full project lifecycle from research and planning to implementation and monitoring.
• Fluency in written English; spoken English a plus.
• Great asynchronous written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a distributed, growing global team.
