TL;DR

VoIP Specialist (AI): Managing end-to-end cloud telephony and voice infrastructure implementations for AI-powered business communication platforms with an accent on number porting, IVR configuration, and carrier coordination. Focus on designing scalable call flows, troubleshooting SIP/network issues, and enabling seamless voice-messaging integration for US markets.

Location: Remote (LATAM). Must be a resident of Latin America. Candidates based in Buenos Aires (Vicente López) are a plus. Work hours must follow Eastern Standard Time (EST).

What you will do

  • Act as the internal authority on VoIP, cloud telephony, and calling workflows across the organization.
  • Lead VoIP onboarding, number porting strategy, and migrations from legacy or third-party systems.
  • Design and configure complex call flows, including IVR, voicemail, routing, and forwarding.
  • Troubleshoot hard phones, softphones, SIP credentials, and network quality issues.
  • Support Sales teams with technical VoIP demos and strategic partner conversations.
  • Create implementation guides, playbooks, and training videos for customers and internal teams.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in VoIP, telephony, or communications-focused SaaS roles.
  • Strong foundation in SIP, IVR, and call routing concepts.
  • Hands-on experience with number porting and carrier coordination.
  • Full English fluency required for supporting U.S. markets.
  • Must be based in Latin America.
  • Ability to align with Eastern Standard Time (EST).
