What you will do

• Negotiate and secure contracts with hotels in the North Greece region to meet KPIs regarding mix, pricing, and availability.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with hotel partners to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Monitor and analyze destination performance metrics to drive continuous improvement in revenue.
• Conduct market research to identify expansion opportunities and maintain competitiveness.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to implement effective contracting strategies.
• Source new providers and provide account management for existing suppliers.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of contracting experience in the hotel industry (OTAs, Bedbanks, or Tour Operators).
• Proven experience in hotel account management and deep knowledge of the North Greece hospitality market.
• Professional fluency in English.
• Degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with online distribution platforms, APIs, or cloud-based systems.
• Additional European language skills relevant to the region.
