What you will do

• Own campaign execution and performance across multiple ad platforms.
• Monitor and improve core metrics like CAC, CVR, CTR, and volume.
• Develop and execute structured testing roadmaps for creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.
• Optimize acquisition based on unit economics and funnel performance.
• Identify performance drivers and translate insights into action.
• Collaborate with creative, analytics, and product teams for tracking, attribution, and ad effectiveness.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience managing web paid campaigns
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Proven ability to manage budgets and drive measurable growth
• Solid understanding of performance metrics, attribution, and experimentation
• Strong analytical skills and structured thinking
• Ownership mindset and ability to operate independently
• English B2+

Nice to have

• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Experience in fintech or banking
• Experience managing >5-figure monthly budgets
