What you will do

• Build and lead multiple AI directions within a unified strategic umbrella.
• Define and own the overall AI roadmap and priorities across domains.
• Design scalable AI and ML architectures suitable for production.
• Hire, mentor, and grow teams and technical leaders across AI streams.
• Establish best practices for data, model development, deployment, and monitoring.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, risk, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading multiple teams or domains in AI, ML, or data-driven engineering.
• Strong technical background in AI/ML systems and production deployments.
• Experience building and scaling new technical directions from scratch.
• Solid understanding of scalable system and platform design.
• English: B2 level or higher required for collaboration with an international team.
