What you will do

• Design and implement AI-powered features for the Finance domain, covering expenses, invoices, and payments.
• Architect and orchestrate multi-agent systems and complex LLM workflows.
• Review and validate AI-generated code to ensure security, scalability, and structural integrity.
• Iterate on AI features as hypotheses, focusing on reliability and reducing user friction in production.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to transition from deterministic to probabilistic thinking.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in software engineering with a track record of shipping AI features.
• Proficiency with Ruby on Rails and React.
• Strong understanding of RAG patterns, agentic frameworks, and LLM architecture tradeoffs.
• Ability to communicate complex technical decisions clearly in English.
• Must be based in or be able to work from the Barcelona or Madrid offices.
