What you will do

  • Assist Account Managers with sales follow-ups, reminders, and pipeline organization.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene in HubSpot, ensuring deal, contact, and note records are accurate and clean.
  • Track and manage contracts and sales-related documentation.
  • Execute social outreach on LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and other platforms to generate and route leads.
  • Support inbound leads and ensure timely handoff to the sales team.
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align operational workflows.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales support, operations, or administrative roles.
  • Practical experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM system.
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn for professional outreach.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Availability to work during U.S. business hours.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting Account Managers or specialized sales teams.
  • Background in B2B services, SaaS, or agencies.
  • Exposure to social selling or outbound lead generation strategies.
