What you will do

• Test and iterate on collections strategies, outreach techniques, incentives, and risk-based approaches.
• Design predictive collections scoring, automation, segmentation, and analytics to optimize recovery rates.
• Scale outreach models across digital, automated, and agent-led channels.
• Manage relationships with external collection agencies for strategy alignment, performance, and compliance.
• Build and lead collections strategy and analytics team.
• Collaborate with Credit, Data Science, Product, Growth, and Operations teams; own KPIs like delinquency rates and recovery efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 4+ years in collections strategy, risk analytics, and credit risk management in financial services, preferably consumer lending fintech.
• Proven expertise in data-driven collections strategies, risk segmentation, and model-driven outreach.
• Strong analytical skills; hands-on with analysis.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and complex initiatives in high-growth environments.
• Excellent communication skills for executive audience.

Nice to have

• Deep familiarity with AI-driven collections scoring, automation, and optimization.
• Proficiency in SQL and analytics platforms.
• Experience with regulatory frameworks and compliance in lending/collections.
