What you will do

• Build, update, and maintain complex Excel financial models for real estate acquisition underwriting.
• Evaluate acquisition opportunities, market trends, property metrics, valuation indicators, risks, and return profiles.
• Prepare executive-ready PowerPoint investment presentations and pitch decks.
• Apply established templates, procedures, and financial frameworks from the U.S. acquisitions team.
• Support the full deal lifecycle and collaborate with leadership to turn quantitative analysis into clear investment insights.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of professional experience in real estate finance, investment analysis, or real estate acquisitions.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel expertise and experience building complex real estate financial models.
• High proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and the ability to present complex investment data clearly.
• Exceptional analytical, underwriting, and quantitative problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and high standards for data accuracy and presentation quality.
• Ability to quickly adapt to established processes and use company-provided templates effectively.
