What you will do

• Manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Plan and execute lead generation campaigns to increase student inquiries and enrollments.
• Optimize on-page, off-page, and technical SEO to improve search rankings.
• Create and execute email marketing and lead nurturing campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and track KPIs using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
• Optimize landing pages for higher conversion rates.

Requirements

• 5–6 years of professional digital marketing experience.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the education industry.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, GA4, GTM, SEO, and WordPress.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems and marketing automation.
• Availability to work Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM EST.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
• Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Meta certifications.
• Experience working with colleges, universities, or international student recruitment.
