Influencer Coordinator (DTC)

Influencer Coordinator (DTC): Support the Director of Influencers in executing day-to-day operations of the creator partnership program with an accent on sourcing creators, preparing contracts, product fulfillment, whitelisting onboarding, and database management. Focus on vetting quality creators, coordinating communications, and maintaining accurate records to keep the influencer pipeline running smoothly.

Fully remote position open to candidates based in Latin America or the Philippines with the ability to work US Pacific Time business hours.

What you will do

• Source and vet creators and affiliates using AI tools and manual research to align with brand standards.
• Prepare contracts using templates, including whitelisting details, costs, and deliverables.
• Coordinate product shipments, track deliveries, and handle whitelisting onboarding for Meta and TikTok platforms.
• Maintain creator database in Monday.com with contract status, deliverables, shipping, and whitelisting info.
• Serve as point of contact for creators, managing scheduling, check-ins, and follow-ups.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience in influencer marketing, DTC operations, or related field.
• Familiarity with influencer whitelisting workflows across Meta (Business Manager, partnership ads) and TikTok (Spark Ads, TikTok Shop affiliates).
• Experience using project management tools like Monday.com for tracking workflows.
• Strong written communication skills in English for corresponding with US-based creators and team.
• Comfortable working with AI tools for sourcing, outreach, and automation.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-starter able to work independently in remote environment; based in Latin America or the Philippines with US Pacific Time availability.
