What you will do

• Design, test, and continuously improve AML monitoring rules and scenarios for existing and new products.
• Develop and document monitoring rules across multiple channels, including cards, transfers, and accounts.
• Collaborate with investigation teams to review alerts, validate rule logic, and fine-tune thresholds.
• Analyze confirmed suspicious cases to identify new typologies and emerging risks.
• Conduct back-testing and periodic effectiveness reviews of existing monitoring scenarios.
• Build dashboards and write analytical SQL queries to track rule performance and alert quality.

Requirements

• Experience in AML analytics within a bank or fintech environment.
• Hands-on experience in creating, tuning, and maintaining AML rules or scenarios.
• Strong mathematical skills and experience with statistical analysis (mean, median, percentiles).
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis; Python for automation is a strong plus.
• Deep understanding of payment flows, transaction lifecycles, and AML typologies.
• English: B1+ level required for written and verbal communication.

• Basic understanding of business process modeling (BPMN / UML).
