What you will do

• Collaborate with game designers, product managers, and developers to define and prototype engagement tools like social features, progression systems, and live ops events.
• Analyze player behavior and market trends to identify opportunities for retention and monetization improvements.
• Structure requirements into clear specifications, user stories, and documentation aligned with design goals and technical feasibility.
• Create and maintain feature specs, user flows, and engagement models for new and existing products.
• Define project scope, success metrics, and KPIs for engagement initiatives with the product team.

Requirements

• 3+ years as Business Analyst, Product Manager, or similar, preferably in gaming or digital entertainment.
• Strong analytical skills to break down engagement challenges and propose data-driven solutions.
• Experience designing or optimizing engagement mechanics like rewards, social features, live events.
• Exceptional communication for collaboration with designers, developers, and data teams.
• Hands-on with requirement gathering, user stories, feature documentation.
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.

Nice to have

• Experience in game development or iGaming.
• Familiarity with player psychology, retention strategies, gamification.
• Knowledge of A/B testing and data analysis tools.
