• Proven experience across all project phases from conceptualization to release.
• Strong track record of managing external clients and building high-trust relationships.
• Experience managing teams of 10+ people.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deliverables under pressure.
• Fluent English proficiency
• Professional experience in GameDev
