What you will do

• Lead and develop the Product Launch team including Release Managers, Compliance Designer, and Age Ratings Specialist, fostering ownership and autonomy.
• Oversee structured, compliant delivery of all releases and major updates across PC and console platforms, maintaining portfolio visibility.
• Build alignment and relationships across Studios, Publishing, Marketing, Sales, Legal, CTS, and external partners like first-party platforms.
• Drive operational excellence by establishing processes to increase predictability, reduce risks, and enable scalable delivery as the portfolio grows.
• Act as escalation point for delivery challenges, making decisions, navigating trade-offs, and unblocking teams.

Requirements

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Proven experience managing and developing teams with direct people leadership
• Games industry experience with understanding of release processes, platform requirements, certification, and publishing workflows
• Strong project management skills and track record delivering complex projects; experience with JIRA
• Ability to build relationships, collaborate across teams, drive alignment with stakeholders
• Strong decision-making in complex, multi-stakeholder environments with competing priorities
