What you will do

• Collaborate with directors, leads, and team members to set realistic timelines, estimates, and deliverables.
• Define, track, and follow up on project schedules and milestones.
• Facilitate meetings, discussions, and communication to resolve issues and share status updates.
• Monitor project progress, risks, and contingency plans with directors and leads.
• Manage multiple tasks, resource planning, client coordination, team health, costs, and efficiency.
• Maintain transparent relationships with clients through effective communication.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in producer or project manager role, preferably in 3D/game industry
• Solid understanding of Waterfall and Agile methodologies
• Strong organizational, multitasking, scheduling, and prioritization skills
• Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, communication, and project management skills
• Experience working with technical teams and multiple functional areas
• Fluent English language skills
• Must be willing and able to work on-site in Ho Chi Minh City
• Experience with Jira, Hansoft, Asana, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Passion for video games
