What you will do

• Lead and inspire cross-functional teams of developers, designers, artists, and QA engineers.
• Drive agile development processes, including standups, planning sessions, and retrospectives.
• Manage project timelines, priorities, and deliverables to ensure on-budget delivery.
• Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders and external global partners.
• Identify potential challenges early and implement smart, practical solutions.
• Maintain detailed documentation of project plans, progress, and key decisions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of production or project management experience in casual or F2P games (HTML5 or mobile preferred).
• Proven track record of leading teams of up to 25 people.
• Deep expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and Jira.
• Ability to measure success using key metrics and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Portfolio of previously released casual games.

Nice to have

• Experience in game or product design with an understanding of how gameplay connects to KPIs.
