Proposal Analyst (Manufacturing)

Salary: $73,800 – $147,085

What you will do

• Lead manufacturing efforts for multi-site proposals, interfacing with program, engineering, and production teams.
• Own the process of creating SAP configurations for material and labor estimates.
• Develop proposal schedules, coordinate labor inputs, and analyze requirements.
• Write and input Basis of Estimates (BOEs) and technical/management proposal volumes.
• Collaborate with production teams to standardize NRE estimating processes.
• Support fact-finding, negotiations, and certifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Engineering, Program Management, Finance, Material Cost Estimating, or Supply Chain Management.
• Basic knowledge of the proposal process and ability to analyze complex data.
• Must be a US Citizen.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in manufacturing and configuration of builds.
• Experience writing Basis of Estimates (BOEs).
• Understanding of Operations labor charging and multi-level Bill of Materials (BOM).
• Experience with SAP and P2P systems.
