What you will do

• Support the Rental Division by assisting supervisors and managers in meeting department goals.
• Coordinate work within a specific production area to ensure quality and productivity standards are consistently met.
• Lead and motivate a team to accomplish goals and ensure accountability for task completion.
• Monitor and maintain high standards for the quantity and quality of production work.
• Ensure strict compliance with all company safety rules and guidelines.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for most of the shift and lifting/moving materials.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures.
• Basic proficiency in using computers or consoles to complete work activities.
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
