What you will do

• Analyze high volume manufacturing data to identify failure patterns and develop strategic improvement roadmaps.
• Lead fast-paced debug task-forces in collaboration with fab, design, and quality teams to resolve limiters.
• Collaborate with Fab teams to optimize process targeting and prioritize Failure Analysis.
• Establish and document Best Known Methods (BKMs), systems, and tools to ensure result consistency.
• Apply advanced engineering tools and AI to solve intricate technical problems through model-based problem-solving.
• Present complex technical findings to Director and VP leadership.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical, Computer, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience (BS), 6+ (MS), or 4+ (PhD) in the semiconductor industry.
• 2+ years of experience with data analysis tools such as JMP, Python, or Excel.
• 2+ years of experience supporting semiconductor Fab manufacturing.

Nice to have

• Direct experience in yield analysis and optimization or product development.
• Proficiency with JMP and expertise in test program content development (ATE, SLT).
• Strong root-cause analysis skills and a model-based problem-solving methodology.
• Project management capabilities to track multiple activities and communicate risks to stakeholders.
