What you will do

• Develop and validate timing constraints for intricate SoC designs.
• Collaborate with Architecture, RTL, DFT, and Analog teams to develop consolidated timing modes and constraints for STA signoff.
• Perform static timing analysis (STA) using industry-standard tools like Primetime and create timing ECOs for blocks and SoCs.
• Define and implement timing signoff methodologies, including process corners, derates, and uncertainties.
• Automate STA related processes and flow using scripting languages such as Tcl or Python.
• Create QoR dashboards and histograms for STA runs across all modes to ensure compliance with signoff checklists.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Electrical Engineering or related fields (5-10 years experience) OR Master’s/PhD (3-5 years experience).
• Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in ASIC timing and STA.
• Strong understanding of ASIC design flows from RTL to GDSII and proficiency in Tcl or Perl.
• Experience with high-complexity silicon in advanced technology nodes, preferably TSMC N4/N5.
• Proven track record of meeting performance, power, and area goals in successful designs.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. export control laws (EAR).
