What you will do

• Oversee the administration and optimization of Windows server/client systems and Azure-hosted applications.
• Design and implement infrastructure strategies for backup, maintenance, and vulnerability management.
• Manage SQL database servers and optimize T-SQL to support core business functions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to design and implement scalable cloud solutions.
• Develop scripts to automate operational processes and maintain comprehensive system documentation.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and resolve user inquiries via a ticketing system.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or 8+ years of equivalent industry experience.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Chandler, Arizona.
• This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
• 3+ years of experience with Azure cloud-based infrastructure support.
• 5+ years of experience designing and sizing scalable infrastructure.
• 3+ years of experience with MS SQL Server (SQL 2019+, in-memory, performance tuning).

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Windows Server and SQL Server Administration.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD using GitHub.
• Familiarity with ITIL, Agile/SCRUM, and DevOps concepts.
• Cybersecurity knowledge, including Zero Trust zones and vulnerability management.
• Experience in construction planning, scheduling, or operations.
