What you will do

• Architect and execute end-to-end builds of highly available servers across the full stack.
• Coordinate matrixed teams of technical experts for seamless integration and delivery.
• Manage high-volume server builds at various lifecycle stages simultaneously.
• Translate technical issues into clear reports for engineers and executives.
• Troubleshoot bottlenecks across hardware, software, agents, and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical specialty.
• 4–6 years in systems engineering or infrastructure coordination.
• Proven end-to-end server engineering for highly available systems.
• Deep full-stack knowledge including OS, middleware, tools, and agents.
• Experience directing experts and managing large-scale builds.
• Agile problem-solving and rapid task-switching in high-pressure environments.

• IBM AIX mastery.
