What you will do

• Scope and lead multi-quarter, highly complex initiatives for Healthcare & Life Sciences customers.
• Drive regional excellence and contribute to BU-level booking targets and consumption goals.
• Coach and mentor junior Engagement Managers, acting as a subject matter expert for peers.
• Shape account strategies and lead the sales of complex Professional Services & Training (PS&T) offerings.
• Establish and maintain strategic relationships with senior customer stakeholders across multiple engagements.

Requirements

• 10+ years of leadership experience in Professional Services.
• Expert-level understanding of PS&T offerings and the ability to customize solutions for complex environments.
• Proven thought leadership and industry expertise.
• Deep knowledge of hirify.global architecture, ecosystem, and strategic account planning.
• Must be based in the Central, Northeast, or Southeast United States.
• Ability to travel up to 25-50% as required.
