What you will do

• Scope and lead large, complex initiatives with multiple workstreams and diverse stakeholders.
• Drive full-cycle sales of standard and customized Professional Services & Training (PS&T) programs.
• Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to meet revenue targets.
• Partner with Sales and GTM teams to prioritize regional targets aligned with growth goals.
• Proactively monitor customer sentiment and take corrective actions to ensure high satisfaction.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience running a Professional Services line of business.
• 10+ years in senior customer-facing roles with a mix of influencing and execution.
• Deep understanding of PS&T offerings and Partner funding programs (Microsoft, AWS, Google).
• Strong knowledge of hirify.global architecture and the competitive landscape.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale program plans and service delivery.
• Ability to travel up to 25-50% as required.
