Location: San Francisco / Palo Alto (In-Office)

Salary: $180,000 – $200,000 base + bonus

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles
• Partner with founders and executives to create hiring plans from growth goals
• Build pipelines via proactive sourcing, referrals, and targeted outbound
• Run efficient interview processes with strong calibration and candidate experience
• Optimize for quality hires over volume
• Operate independently with high accountability

Requirements

• 4–8 years of recruiting experience in startups or scale-ups, ideally Series B–D
• Experience recruiting GTM talent for AI or Customer Experience companies
• Proven ability to work directly with founders and senior leaders
• Self-managed, outcome-oriented, comfortable with ambiguity
• Willingness to be on-site in Palo Alto and act as culture carrier
