Location: Remote (Must be based in the USA / Palo Alto, CA)

Salary: $95,000 - $130,000 per year

hirify.global provides AI-powered checkout kiosks that automate order ringing for high-volume venues like sports stadiums and airports.

What you will do

  • Own post-deployment relationships with stadiums, arenas, and event centers.
  • Execute 60–90 day hypercare windows for every new site after deployment.
  • Proactively monitor account health, kiosk uptime, and transaction volume across the book of business.
  • Ensure operational readiness for high-traffic event days to prevent service crises.
  • Forecast renewals and identify churn risks in partnership with Finance and Sales.
  • Lead end-to-end escalation for critical issues, especially during live events.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, account management, or post-sale relationship roles.
  • Experience managing accounts in hardware or SaaS environments.
  • Ability to translate operational data into clear business narratives.
  • Comfortable with travel, up to 50%.
  • Strong documentation habits and proactive risk management.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with sports or entertainment venues in technology or operations.
  • Familiarity with venue POS systems or concessions technology.
  • Experience working with foodservice operators.
