What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy reliable, scalable software systems specializing in AI Agentic tooling and ML applications.
• Implement frameworks and best practices for creating, evaluating, and safely deploying autonomous AI agents in production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI Agent solutions across the platform.
• Conduct code reviews focusing on quality, performance, and operational maturity.
• Lead technical design and architectural discussions for AI Tooling roadmap features.
• Manage project tasks through agile SDLC for timely, high-quality delivery.

Requirements

• Expert-level proficiency in Python and ecosystem for production AI/ML applications.
• Strong background in software engineering with deep expertise in building and scaling distributed systems.
• Proven track record as senior individual contributor designing complex software solutions.
• Skills with modern cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and tools (Jira, Git).
• Deep understanding of AI Agent paradigm: LLMs, prompt engineering, agentic loop design, RAG.
• Experience driving cross-functional collaboration with global teams.
