What you will do

• Design and implement end-to-end intelligent automation and AI agent solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) and Copilot Studio.
• Build agentic AI systems with LLMs, RAG, memory architectures, and frameworks like LangChain and Semantic Kernel.
• Develop custom AI agents for planning, reasoning, and integration with enterprise systems via APIs and tools.
• Integrate AI solutions with Microsoft Graph, RESTful services, and hyperscaler platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Collaborate with engineering teams and stakeholders to identify AI use cases and deliver production-ready solutions.
• Ensure adherence to governance, security, compliance, and contribute to AI communities of practice.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 2+ years experience designing or delivering AI solutions including intelligent automation or AI agents
• Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio)
• Hands-on experience with LLM technologies (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI), REST APIs, prompt engineering, NLP
• Familiarity with agent orchestration frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, RAG pipelines)
• Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills for cross-functional teams

Nice to have

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate
• Experience with hyperscaler AI services (Azure AI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI)
• Familiarity with open-source AI frameworks (Hugging Face, FastAPI)
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and deployment pipelines
