What you will do

• Lead the adoption of agentic workflows and AI-first delivery models across client delivery teams.
• Build shared services, accelerators, and reusable patterns to materially reduce delivery timelines.
• Develop compelling business cases for AI infrastructure investments and communicate ROI to senior leadership.
• Set architectural direction for agentic systems, ensuring they are modular, secure, and production-ready.
• Hire, develop, and scale a team of AI engineers while fostering a culture of experimentation and delivery.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Data leadership to translate strategy into technical plans.

Requirements

• 10+ years of engineering experience, including leadership of high-performing teams.
• Proven track record of building and operating production AI, ML, or data-driven systems.
• Hands-on experience with modern AI stacks, including LLMs, agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph), and RAG systems.
• Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with Databricks, MLflow, and modern data platforms.
• Must be based in the United States.
