Regulatory Stewardship Specialist

TL;DR

Regulatory Stewardship Specialist (EIMEA): Responsible for regulatory compliance in the adhesives business across EIMEA with an accent on UK REACH/EU REACH, CLP regulations, product labelling, SDS authoring, and documentation maintenance. Focus on ensuring audit readiness, agency reviews, and cross-regional collaboration under tight deadlines.

Location: Tamworth preferably - Hybrid/Remote (Optional); sites in Dukinfield, Cheshire; Milton Keynes; Shelley Close (all UK)

What you will do

• Ensure compliance with UK REACH and EU REACH regulations for BAS business.
• Review and maintain product labelling per CLP and DG regulations.
• Author safety data sheets (SDS).
• Maintain regulatory documentation and records for audits and inspections.
• Handle new product registrations and regulatory agency reviews.
• Collaborate across disciplines, functions, and regions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Science, or Engineering.
• 3+ years in technical/regulatory role with CLP, EU REACH-like regulations experience.
• Strong prioritization, organization, and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP applications.
• Knowledge of SDS authoring software and databases.
• MS Office proficiency.
