What you will do

• Manage vendor contracts end-to-end: gather information, determine actions, draft/review/negotiate documents, manage timelines and stakeholders, handle execution.
• Recognize and escalate vendor issues involving MUFG vendor management, outsourcing, data protection, legal, information security, and business teams.
• Respond to legal queries from operations, internal groups, client services, senior management, and boards on applicable laws and regulations.
• Advise business on day-to-day legal/regulatory matters and risk management across key jurisdictions.
• Assist in enhancing vendor contract review processes and procedures.
• Handle ad hoc legal duties or projects as required.

Requirements

• Qualified English solicitor with 5-10 years PQE, admitted to the Law Society of England and Wales in good standing
• Experience managing vendor contracts including software licenses, SaaS, SLAs, NDAs
• Ability to draft, negotiate, and advise on legal/regulatory matters
