What you will do

• Design manufacturing processes, production layouts, and procedures for assemblies, equipment, machining, and material handling.
• Optimize facility layouts and equipment for efficiency, safety, and productivity.
• Develop automation from concept to deployment, transitioning manual processes to automated systems.
• Build automation roadmaps with cross-functional teams aligned to value stream priorities.
• Evaluate equipment performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions using SPC and continuous improvement.
• Ensure processes comply with regulatory, safety, and quality standards while providing guidance for manufacturability.

Requirements

• Onsite in Eatontown, NJ 5 days/week.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization required; no sponsorship below Principal level.
• Bachelor's degree with minimum 2 years related experience (or Advanced degree).
• Experience in manufacturing processes, equipment adaptation, and production optimization.
• Ability to define operations sequences and incorporate inspection/testing into plans.
• Knowledge of statistical process control and continuous improvement techniques.

Nice to have

• Experience in regulated industries like medical devices, pharma, or aerospace.
• Hands-on automation, robotics, or PLC systems diagnosis/repair.
• SPC, Lean, Six Sigma methodologies.
• CAD/SolidWorks proficiency.
• GMP, FDA, ISO regulatory knowledge.
