Financial Planner (Retail): Develop and deliver comprehensive financial plans for Retail clients using MoneyGuidePro with an accent on understanding client circumstances, identifying goals, and analyzing current and alternative courses of action. Focus on presenting actionable plans, coordinating multi-meeting processes, and building long-term client relationships pre- and post-retirement.
Location: Remote - Nationwide (US). Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; no sponsorship of employment visas including CPT/OPT
Salary: $87,400 - $123,400

What you will do
- Understand clients' personal and financial circumstances and identify their goals
- Analyze current actions and develop alternative courses using MoneyGuidePro
- Present comprehensive financial plans and coordinate multi-meeting processes
- Manage pipeline of retail clients, onboard referrals from Advisors
- Support Advisors in delivering first-class client experiences
- Initiate proactive follow-ups and discuss all phases of financial planning including products
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA preferred
- CFP required
- FINRA Series 7, 63, 65 registrations and fingerprinting required
- 3+ years in financial services or 401k industry; minimum 2 years financial planning experience
- Demonstrated ability to create and present comprehensive financial plans one-on-one
- Experience with financial planning software (MoneyGuidePro, eMoney, Naviplan, etc.)
