Salary: $120,000 - $130,000

What you will do

• Guide technical application design and lead teams for customer projects using Drupal and AI technologies.
• Onboard quickly to projects, set up environments, and contribute to development, code reviews, and backlog planning.
• Act as technical lead on projects, evaluate AI modules and LLM integrations, and debug issues.
• Design solutions to meet customer requirements, research problems, and ensure code quality and security.
• Facilitate customer communications, meetings, and build positive relationships with clients and teams.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the United States (EEO employer, US-specific benefits).
• Strong technical knowledge in Drupal and web development specialties.
• Proficiency with tools like Git, Composer, Drush, Lando/DDev, AI-assisted coding (GitHub Copilot).
• Experience contributing to code reviews, development, debugging, and technical leadership.
• Passion for Generative AI, CMS architecture, and staying current with evolving technologies.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers face-to-face or online.

• Participation in PS methodology and knowledge sharing like architecture reviews and AI workshops.
