Location: Remote (Canada). Travel to Mississauga or Salt Lake City offices will be required for onboarding and team events.

Salary: $164,000 - $182,000 CAD per year

What you will do

• Define and drive enterprise AI strategy and architecture within a B2B SaaS and enterprise technology environment.
• Architect and scale Generative AI, RAG, and agent-based systems in production SaaS platforms.
• Own enterprise architecture across core business and corporate platforms, including CRM, billing, HR, and IT Service Management.
• Design and implement LLM-powered agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Salesforce Agentforce.
• Develop orchestration patterns using frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, and LangChain for multi-agent collaboration.
• Establish architectural guardrails, platform standards, and governance frameworks for secure AI systems.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in enterprise, solution, or platform architecture within B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record of designing and running AI systems in real production environments.
• Deep expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, agent architectures, and RAG patterns.
• Strong proficiency in Python, building backend services, APIs, and containerized workloads.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft AI platforms (Azure Foundry, Copilot agents) is required.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce ecosystem including Einstein, Agentforce, and Data Cloud.
