Location: Fully remote within the United States, core hours Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM ET

Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 Annually

What you will do

• Understand and communicate system architecture, dependencies, and technical information to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Obtain in-depth knowledge of VA Telehealth and Scheduling products and track requirements with partner organizations.
• Investigate AI uses to enhance Telehealth and Scheduling for better Veteran experiences.
• Collaborate with developers and experts to define technical vision and analyze tradeoffs.
• Provide recommendations on tools for information sharing, process management, and informed decisions.
• Conduct research and analysis for technology integration and process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or technical discipline + 5 years experience (or 8 years relevant experience)
• Ability to obtain and maintain Suitability/Public Trust clearance
• Great interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
• Strong analytical and investigation skills for solving complex problems
• Technical knowledge of programming languages and ability to analyze code
• Experience developing presentations for technical and non-technical audiences

Nice to have

• Experience supporting VA Office of Information and Technology, Veterans Benefits Administration, or Veterans Health Administration
• Proven track record in VA or similar government agency IT development
