Lead Product Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own and drive the strategy for brokerage products, including equities, Sukuk, ETFs, and derivatives for Saudi and GCC markets.
• Develop a product roadmap focusing on CMA-compliant features and Sharia-compliant solutions.
• Write detailed product requirements and collaborate with engineering to execute regional market standards.
• Manage stakeholder engagement with regional regulators including CMA, Tadawul, and Edaa.
• Optimize regional settlement, custody, and clearing workflows to improve operational efficiency.
• Translate client insights from GCC institutional customers into product improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, or Consulting, preferably in fintech.
• Strong understanding of the CMA regulatory framework and Tadawul market structure.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and verbal) is required.
• Proficiency in SQL and BI tools for data analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, Finance, or equivalent.
• Must be based in the EMEA region.

Nice to have

• Technical background working with APIs in financial services or trading platforms.
• CME-1 or other CMA-recognized professional certifications.
• Experience with Qualified Foreign Investor (QFI) programs or cross-border investment products.
• Familiarity with Sharia-compliant product structures and Islamic finance principles.
• Knowledge of Saudi Vision 2030 financial sector development initiatives.
