Location: Remote (US) or Hybrid (New York, NY). Must have 4+ hours of overlap with a 9:30am-5:30pm East Coast workday.

Salary: $130,000 - $188,000 USD

• Deeply analyze the needs, motivations, and behaviors of fans, sellers, teams, and artists.
• Create clear, impactful strategies and manage end-to-end execution and launch.
• Drive impact through both optimizations and 0-1 product development, balancing speed and quality.
• Apply systems thinking and experimentation to evolve the platform's design.
• Collaboratively improve component systems to ensure consistent, high-quality experiences.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional design experience.
• Proven expertise in behavioral design, systems design, and storytelling.
• Must be able to provide 4+ hours of overlap with a 9:30am-5:30pm East Coast workday.
• Strong craftsmanship and a passion for live event experiences.
