TL;DR
Senior UX Designer (Ecommerce): Designing and evolving a best-in-class ticketing platform with an accent on behavioral design, systems design, and storytelling. Focus on creating impactful strategies for fans, sellers, and artists and improving component systems to ensure a cohesive user vision.
Location: Remote (US) or Hybrid (New York, NY). Must have 4+ hours of overlap with a 9:30am-5:30pm East Coast workday.
Salary: $130,000 - $188,000 USD

What you will do
- Deeply analyze the needs, motivations, and behaviors of fans, sellers, teams, and artists.
- Create clear, impactful strategies and manage end-to-end execution and launch.
- Drive impact through both optimizations and 0-1 product development, balancing speed and quality.
- Apply systems thinking and experimentation to evolve the platform's design.
- Collaboratively improve component systems to ensure consistent, high-quality experiences.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional design experience.
- Proven expertise in behavioral design, systems design, and storytelling.
- Must be able to provide 4+ hours of overlap with a 9:30am-5:30pm East Coast workday.
- Strong craftsmanship and a passion for live event experiences.
