What you will do

• Design, build, and operate shared cloud and networking platforms for a modern containerized architecture.
• Improve system reliability, security, and scalability through automation, standards, and abstractions.
• Engineer resilient networking infrastructure and build golden paths to help teams deploy services safely.
• Manage production systems, including on-call rotations, release support, and incident response.
• Collaborate with application teams to optimize deployment, routing, monitoring, and scaling.
• Evaluate new technologies and mentor engineers through documentation and design discussions.

Requirements

• Experience designing and operating cloud infrastructure platforms on AWS using Terraform or similar IaC tools.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (EKS) and managing containerized workloads.
• Experience with service networking and routing tools such as Cilium, Envoy, Kong, or Fastly.
• Proficiency in writing automation and tooling in Go, Python, or Bash.
• Familiarity with observability practices and tools like Datadog.
