Location: Remote (Preferred Location: Latin America). Working hours: 9 am to 5 pm EST.

Salary: $1,200 - $1,500 per month

What you will do

• Assist attorneys with discovery preparation, including drafting and reviewing discovery documents.
• Support litigation tasks such as pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and court filings.
• Utilize My Case law practice management software for document management and case tracking.
• Manage and organize case files securely through Dropbox or similar systems.
• Communicate with attorneys, opposing counsel, court staff, and clients.
• Track deadlines to ensure the timely completion of discovery and litigation-related tasks.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Paralegal with U.S. law firms.
• Hands-on experience in discovery and litigation workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment.
