Paralegal

TL;DR

Paralegal (Legal): Providing substantive legal support in litigation, corporate, and compliance matters with an accent on legal research, drafting, and case preparation. Focus on managing discovery deadlines, drafting pleadings, and ensuring audit-ready case files.

Location: Remote (Must work U.S. client business hours)

What you will do

• Draft contracts, pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and corporate governance documents.
• Conduct in-depth legal research using Westlaw and LexisNexis to create actionable memos.
• Manage litigation calendars, track discovery deadlines, and prepare trial binders and deposition summaries.
• Support regulatory filings, licensing documentation, and compliance policy updates.
• Review commercial agreements, summarize key terms, and flag potential risks for attorney review.
• Maintain secure legal records and support e-discovery projects using Clio, Relativity, or iManage.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate.
• 3+ years of professional paralegal experience.
• Proficiency with case/document management systems such as Clio, Relativity, or iManage.
• Strong legal research experience using Westlaw or LexisNexis.
• Experience drafting legal documents and managing discovery processes.
• Availability to work during U.S. client business hours.

Nice to have

• Litigation support experience, including trial preparation.
• Corporate paralegal experience (entity formation, minutes, board resolutions).
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks like GDPR, HIPAA, or SOX.
• Advanced e-discovery and document review expertise.
