Salary: $215,000 - $240,000 USD (US); $239,000 - $267,000 USD (US Premium Markets like SF Bay Area and NYC Metro).

What you will do

• Own end-to-end production revenue forecasting: model development, backtesting, deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
• Build forecasting systems accounting for usage-based pricing, consumption patterns, and customer lifecycle.
• Design causal measurement frameworks to quantify revenue impact of product launches, pricing changes, and GTM motions.
• Establish backtesting and accuracy tracking as core Finance metrics for continuous improvement.
• Contribute to shared analytics infrastructure and tooling for data science workflows.
• Translate model outputs into actionable recommendations for Finance, Sales, and executives; partner with Data Engineering, Revenue Ops, and Product.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in quantitative discipline (Statistics, Math, CS, Physics, Economics) or equivalent production experience.
• Hands-on experience building/deploying ML/statistical systems with focus on forecasting or causal inference in production.
• Deep applied statistics: time-series, state-space models, hierarchical approaches, causal inference.
• Highly proficient in Python and SQL; experience productionizing models in cloud-scale environments.
• Worked with analytical platforms like hirify.global, Snowflake, BigQuery, or Spark.
• Experience forecasting consumption-based/usage-billed businesses (cloud, API, marketplace).

• Fluency with AI tools/workflows including LLMs and AI coding assistants.
