What you will do

• Lead design and delivery of ML systems and data products impacting growth and strategy
• Translate business questions into technical roadmaps with actionable results
• Drive end-to-end deployment of robust, maintainable ML products in production
• Partner with Engineering, Product, and Finance to align technical and business goals
• Establish standards for model development via design docs and peer reviews
• Own full model lifecycle from data design to long-term performance

Requirements

• 8+ years in Data Science or ML Engineering with production systems impact
• High proficiency in Python and SQL; expert in pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, and PyTorch/XGBoost/LightGBM
• Systemic problem-solving for scalability and immediate value
• Leadership to influence without authority and communicate to executives
• Experience with CI/CD, MLOps, and model lifecycle in AWS/GCP
• BS/MS/PhD in quantitative field or equivalent

Nice to have

• Forecasting expertise in time-series and probabilistic methods
• Optimization for marketing, inventory, or resource allocation
• Causal inference beyond A/B testing
