TL;DR

Solutions Architect (GRC): Driving revenue by co-selling Connected Compliance solutions and acting as a technical expert during the sales cycle with an accent on GRC frameworks and client success metrics. Focus on delivering solution wins, project managing post-sale implementations, and refining sales strategies based on competitor analysis.

Location: Hybrid (3 days in office). Must be based in Los Angeles, Chicago, Austin, or New York City. Visa sponsorship is NOT available.

Salary: $95,000 - $130,000 base salary + commission.

What you will do

  • Conduct technical and operational compliance demonstrations in collaboration with sales representatives.
  • Project manage strategic post-sale implementations to ensure clients achieve success metrics.
  • Lead internal training and design content to elevate the sales team's compliance expertise.
  • Coordinate with product and support teams to align roadmap developments with client needs.
  • Analyze the GRC landscape and competitor data to refine sales strategies and partnership initiatives.
  • Respond to compliance-related RFPs and build custom ROI metrics for value engagements.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in Pre-Sales (Solutions Consulting/Sales Engineering) specializing in GRC, audit, or compliance software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, CS, Finance, Law, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Deep knowledge of frameworks including SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, and ISO 27001.
  • Proven track record of identifying customer pain points and building strategic solution strategies.
  • Exceptional presentation and writing skills for executive-level stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to work in-office 3 days per week in specified US locations.

Nice to have

  • Certifications in GRC or audit such as CISA or GRCP.
  • Deep understanding of the competitive landscape of compliance-specific software solutions.
