What you will do

• Serve as technical lead for Agiloft CLM projects, providing oversight on architectural design, reviews, and optimization
• Establish, lead, and manage enablement and technical knowledge development for the Legal Operations team
• Define and communicate technical principles, designs, and architectural standards for high-quality solution delivery
• Support client demos and proof-of-concept projects for Agiloft CLM evaluations
• Integrate with project teams including client personnel and consultants
• Adhere to delivery methodology ensuring on-time project deliverables

Requirements

• 5+ years implementing and leading CLM applications with strong emphasis on Agiloft
• Agiloft Certified Implementer certification (must have)
• Hands-on expertise with Agiloft KB configuration, business rules, workflow automation, and data integration
• Deep background in business rules, custom calculations, and data integration with various CLM tools
• BA/BS in Finance/Accounting, Law, Business Management, MIS or equivalent
• Ability to interpret technical requirements from non-technical stakeholders and explain technical topics clearly
