TL;DR

Partner Enablement Manager (SaaS): Developing and implementing the professional services partner enablement strategy to train and certify delivery partners with an accent on onboarding frameworks and certification paths. Focus on curating learning content, delivering training via webinars/workshops, and optimizing partner ROI through KPI analysis.

Location: 100% in office in Atlanta, GA or Chicago, IL

Salary: $100,000 – $150,000

What you will do

  • Design and implement 30-60-90 day onboarding and certification frameworks for delivery partners.
  • Develop and maintain a repository of partner-ready content, including technical documentation and case studies.
  • Deliver engaging training through webinars, workshops, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Establish KPIs to track partner engagement and analyze certification rates to improve ROI.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales to translate internal capabilities into actionable partner sales plays.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or MBA.
  • 4-7+ years of experience in partner enablement, channel management, or professional services enablement in a SaaS/tech environment.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver live or virtual training sessions and workshops for external audiences.
  • Experience managing LMS (Learning Management Systems) and PRM (Partner Relationship Management) platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations required.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong executive presence.

Nice to have

  • Strong PC knowledge including proficiency in Excel.
