What you will do

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, movers, and offboarding processes.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs with the Finance department to ensure total accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
  • Ensure all HR documentation, policies, and handbooks align with UK, Malta, and Gibraltar employment laws.
  • Own and optimize HRIS workflows, identifying inefficiencies and implementing automation to reduce manual work.
  • Maintain high data integrity across people systems and generate reliable headcount and attrition reports.
  • Manage risk areas including right-to-work verification and data protection compliance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in People or HR Operations.
  • Strong practical knowledge of payroll processes and employment law.
  • Proficiency in working with HR systems and managing complex people data.
  • Proven track record of improving organizational processes or systems.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid in the UK, Gibraltar, or Malta.
