What you will do

• Architect and prototype AI agent systems using LLMs and multi-agent workflow designs to automate reasoning and governance.
• Embed with Fortune 500 stakeholders to translate data ecosystem bottlenecks into technical roadmaps.
• Build and deploy sophisticated BI and ML pipelines to convert cataloged data into executive-grade insights.
• Feed real-world edge cases and AI use cases back into the core platform roadmap as a force multiplier for Product and Engineering.
• Define repeatable, scalable solution patterns to move from custom builds toward productized delivery.
• Mentor field engineers and customer technical teams on agentic AI and hirify.global platform architecture.

Requirements

• 15+ years in software engineering with significant experience in customer-facing technical leadership (FDE, Solutions Architect, or CTO-office).
• Hands-on experience with LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI), vector databases, and RAG architectures.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale BI and data pipeline solutions utilizing SQL and cloud warehousing.
• Architectural fluency in distributed systems, enterprise data governance, and metadata management.
• Prototyper mindset with the ability to write production-quality code at high speed.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid model from the Redwood City office.
